Well, you've noticed I haven't posted much recently. :)

One of the things I'm suspecting, about myself, is that uttering the negativity makes me more negative. And in doing so, haven't I allowed whatever fucked up situation I'm commenting about to affect ME?

And if I wrote the negative thoughts down in something even only I could see, I've still let it out into the world, and that negativity *I* threw out there is causing havoc, but just to me.

Letting it be just in my head, well, I'm forgetful. We all are. Without a reminder I've created, maybe I can let the negative go a bit better.
